The restless spirit of a murdered king wants his son to avenge his death and ascend the throne, purloined by a regicidal relative. Confronting the usurper with his foul deeds is a wandering theatre troupe, playing at the castle. “Hey,” you think, “that sounds a lot like Haml—.” A scheming prince with a power-hungry spouse seeks the crown through ruthless means, with the influence of three witches haunting his every step. “Now that sounds like Macb—.” But WAIT – it’s all happening on the Discworld®, a place where magic is real (and rather dull), dwarves hold down (snicker!) steady jobs, and the village witch is not someone to be trifled with!
